As a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, I want everyone that I have the privilege to work with to take ownership of their health. No matter their age, health issues, size or history, today is a new day. Moving forward to develop a healthier, happier and stronger person is my goal for my clients. I strive to develop functional and effective training programs that are relevant and specific to the lifestyles of each of my clients. I work with a wide variety of clients, from teens through seniors, people dealing with Parkinson's,diabetes, MS, CP, cancer, morbid obesity, diabetes, bi polar disorder, cardiac issues, physical rehab and more. It is my belief that everyone deserves to feel strong, in control and proud of the bodies they inhabit, at this moment in time. I start where the client is and we work as a team to determine goals and an action plan to progressively achieve their goals for long term success and a healthier tomorrow.
