Personal Training and Health Coaching

As a  Health Coach, my certification bridges the gap between the certified personal trainer and the registered dietitian.  I use this methodology to address the health, lifestyle and fitness challenges that can get in the way of feeling your best.

As a certified personal trainer, I possess the knowledge and skills specifically related to anatomy, kinesiology and exercise physiology.

Registered Dietitians possess knowledge in nutritional education, meal planning, and counseling.  

I find that each area of expertise allows me to develop deeper understandings of the physical and emotional elements as well as the mind/ body connection. This, in turn, enables me to work with my clients holistically for the best possible results.

I find that each area of expertise allows me to combine my strengths in both personal training and the mind/ body connection to help my clients fully realize their best selves.
