My approach to fitness is that of a facilitator.

I have the tremendous privilege to work with people who choose to move forward in establishing a healthier, happier and stronger self.

I create functional and effective fitness programs that are relevant and specific to the lifestyles of each of my clients.

I am fortunate to work with a wide variety of people, ranging in age from 15 to 85.

It is my belief that everyone deserves to feel strong and proud of the bodies they inhabit, at this moment in time.

I start where you are NOW and we work together as a team to determine goals and an action plan to achieve your long term success for a healthier tomorrow.

  1. Hello lovely Jill – (I have taken a couple of your yoga classes @Baldwin Library) Please let me know of other yoga classes you teach on LI in 2015 by email or text 516-650-7102. I would like to add that I really appreciate the tender and encouraging manner you have with your students!
