My approach to fitness is that of a facilitator.

I have the privilege to work with people who choose to move forward in establishing a healthier, happier and stronger self.

I create functional and effective fitness programs that are relevant and specific to the lifestyles of each of my clients.

I am fortunate to work with a wide variety of people, ranging in age from 15 to 85.

It is my belief that everyone deserves to feel strong and proud of the bodies they inhabit, at this moment in time.

I start where my client is NOW and we work as a team to determine goals and an action plan to

achieve their long term success for a healthier tomorrow.
