Oh my Sunday Warriors, you kicked ass this morning in the pre- game workout! Can’t wait til next Sunday when we have the post game wrap up.
Easy on the wings and chips my friends… We will be incinerating those calories next week! You’ve been warned….

As a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, I want everyone that I have the privilege to work with to take ownership of their health. No matter their age, health issues, size or history, today is a new day. Moving forward to develop a healthier, happier and stronger person is my goal for my clients. I work with a wide variety of clients, from teens through seniors, people dealing with Parkinson's,diabetes, MS, CP, cancer, morbid obesity, diabetes, bi polar disorder, cardiac issues, physical rehab and more. It is my belief that everyone deserves to feel strong, in control and proud of the bodies they inhabit, at this moment in time. I start where the client is and we work as a team to determine goals and an action plan to progressively achieve their goals for long term success and a healthier tomorrow.
